Below, you’ll find a curated selection of wedding professionals I have personally hand selected based on the conversations we had during your kickoff call.

Each of these vendors was chosen for how well they align with the style and preferences we discussed, as well as their ability to work within your budget. SPE has strong and longstanding relationships with each of them and we trust they will deliver exactly what you're looking for. Please take your time to explore their work and visit their websites (each business name is link) to see their portfolios. Once you’ve made your selections, simply email Shereen with your choices, and she will begin the booking process, including securing proposals, contracts, and invoices for your review and signature.

If, for any reason, any of them don’t feel like the perfect fit, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Shereen. We’ll work together to offer additional recommendations to ensure every detail of your day is just right.

After reviewing the suggested creatives, please check the contact cards in Aisle Planner (linked here) to see our notes on availability, pricing, and any proposals we've uploaded for your consideration. If none of the suggested creatives resonate with you, please inform us before Friday, August 15th so we may provide alternative selections. Once you’ve made your selections, simply email Shereen with your choices, and she will begin the booking process, including securing proposals, contracts, and invoices for your review and signature.

Please keep in mind that we need a signed contract and deposit to hold your date, so the sooner we can get those to you for signature and payment, the better!

Once we confirm your cake baker, we can begin scheduling your Vendor Day. We'd love for you to come in September or October if possible. While this is peak wedding season and vendor availability may be limited, it’s ideal to avoid pushing things too close to the holidays.

Please email Shelby and Shereen Tuesday and Wednesday dates that work best for you (from now through mid-November), and we’ll check availability and send some options.
